Privacy notice

Last updated October 19, 2026

This notice explains how TulaPura handles information on tulapuraonline.com and its launch email list. The website is live and accepts email signups for launch news and product updates.

What we collect and why

Joining the launch list is optional. We collect your email address when you submit the signup form.

We use your email address to send TulaPura launch news and product updates. The signup service may also record your signup time, subscription status, IP address, and related technical information to operate the form and prevent misuse.

The current website has no customer accounts or checkout and does not ask for payment or health information.

Our service providers

Network Solutions hosts this website. Brevo processes launch-list signups, stores the email list, and provides the service used to send our email updates. Learn more in Brevo’s privacy policy. We do not sell your email address.

The signup page loads form scripts, styles, and fonts from Brevo services, including sibforms.com. When your browser loads those resources or submits the form, the providers receive connection information such as your IP address and browser details.

Confirmation and unsubscribe

After you submit, the form displays your signup status. If you receive a confirmation email, follow its instructions to confirm your subscription.

You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in our marketing emails. The email service may retain a suppression record to honor your unsubscribe request.

Website information and cookies

We have not added separate visitor analytics or advertising trackers to this website. The hosting service may keep technical access logs. Brevo’s embedded form and anti-spam tools may use cookies or similar technologies to operate their services. You can manage cookies in your browser settings; blocking third-party resources may affect the signup form.

Contact

For privacy questions or to request deletion of your launch-list information, contact TulaPura at melanie.archuleta@gmail.com.
